Property Tax Notices are Out!

May 16 2025

Keep an eye out in the mail for your 2025 tax notices, which were put in post on May 15th, 2025. If you do not receive your notice in a timely manner, please feel free to come into the Town Office, with proof of identification, to receive a copy of your tax notice.

If you are waiting for land titles to process, please contact the Town Office as you may not receive your tax notice before June 30th.

If you are not a registered land title holder of a property, subject to FOIP, the Town will be unable to provide information regarding tax notices. These are not the same as tax assessments, which is publicly available information and can be found on the Town website.

Please note taxes are due on June 30th of every year.

If you are looking for a way to spread out payments over time, with no penalties, signing up for the Tax Installment Plan (‘TIPS’) can be done at any time over at the Town Office during regular business hours. Feel free to call the office for more information on how the Tax Installment Plan (‘TIPS’) can help you with taxes every year.

If you make your tax payments online, please remember to give 2-3 business days for the payment to reach us. The Town does not take tax payments via credit card. Thank you very much!
