Our IT team has set up a temporary system to allow access to emails, phones, and our debit machines. Residents are now able to make payments and call as normal. Thank you for your patience!
Due to a suspected internet cable cut for Telus, there is an internet outage affecting the Town Office, the Recreation Centre, possibly some residents, and businesses.
Telus is aware of the outage and they have not given an ETA on a technician coming to deal with the outage.
As current, the Town Office cannot process payments via machine, our phone lines are down, and we have limited access to emails.
We are looking for a temporary solution to have our phones online, and we will update when we have any further information.
