2026 property assessment notices are on the way.
The Town of Thorsby has sent out 2026 property assessment notices to property owners. Your assessment shows the value of your property, which is used to calculate property taxes.
This assessment is *not* a property tax bill.
The deadline to appeal your assessment is May 5th, 2026.
