BEING A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF THORSBY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO
CONTROL AND REGULATE THE USE OF HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE VILLAGE, THE TRAFFIC,
PEDESTRIANS AND ANIMALS MOVING THEREON, AND THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
THEREON.
