Over the past week or so, we have been receiving complaints regarding the taste and odour of Thorsby tap water. The water is independently tested weekly and is safe to drink, the smell and taste are due to organics which usually occur when temperatures are high for continuous periods of time, as over the past few weeks, and the temperature rises in our raw water ponds prior to process.
