Thorsby Royal Canadian Legion Pioneer Br. 144 together with the 2561 Royal Canadian Amy Cadets invite everyone to join in the Remembrance Day Service.

Following discussion at the regular meeting of Council, September 27, 2016, it is proposed to bring forward an amended to Business Bylaw #2001-03 to Council during October, which will make clear that there is no requirement for a business license for vendors wishing to take part in organized events such as craft fairs.
Current Exemptions from Business Licensing are:
a) Charitable or Non-Profit Organizations;
c) Non-Resident businesses delivering goods into the Village.
